Chadwick School Aquatic Center

A new $9.7 mil aquatic facility that includes a 75 x 125 competition pool, locker and team rooms, storage, offices and 4000 square feet of multi-purposes space and other amenities. Built on a difficult hillside site with existing utilities, storm water, gas and electrical lines that required a creative way to site the pool without having to relocate many of the existing utilities. The design team also worked to balance the cut and fill of the earth because previous development agreements do not allow fill to be exported from the campus site.
